Early life and education of Dilip Shanghvi
Dilip was born in small town of Amreli in Gujarat on 1 October 1955. Shanghvi earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calcutta He is an alumnus of J. J. Ajmera High School and Bhawanipur Education Society College, from where he did his schooling and graduation, respectively.

He started by helping his father in the latter's wholesale generic drugs business in Kolkata. It was during his work as a drugs distributor at Kolkata, he thought of manufacturing his own drugs instead of selling others' products.
Dilip Shanghvi's Sun Pharmaceutical
Dilip Shanghvi started Sun Pharmaceutical Industries with capital of Rs 10,000 in 1982 at Vapi.Shanghvi founded Sun Pharmaceuticals in 1983 with five psychiatry products. Today, it is India's largest drugmaker and most valuable drug company. Appreciation of Sun's stock led to a 50% surge in his personal wealth, amounting to USD 4.7 billion. As of August 2014, he has a net worth of $17.2 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaire's Index. He has also been named in the list of Asia’s top ten wealthiest self-made billionaires, according to Wealth-X. Shanghvi is also the Chairman and Managing Director of Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company and Shantilal Shanghvi Foundation.
In 1997, he acquired Caraco Pharma, a loss-making American company, with the aim of expanding Sun's reach in the United States and turned them around in no time. Both the deals have paid off; the US now accounts for 60% of Sun's revenue. He also acquired Israel's Taro Pharma in 2007. He is also credited with steering Sun Pharma to fifth place in the global generic drugs market.

Lakshmi Mittal's Education and Early Life
Lakshmi Narayan Mittal alias Lakshmi Niwas Mittal was born on June 15th, 1950, in Sadulpur, a village which didn't have electricity until 1960's, in Rajasthan, India. Mittal studied at Shri Daulatram Nopany Vidyalaya from 1957 to 1964. His family moved to Calcutta in West Bengal, where he studied accounting and business at the prestigious St. Xavier's College. He graduated with a B.Com degree from the University of Calcutta. His father Mohan Lal Mittal had set up a small steel mill in Calcutta. After class, Mittal used to work in his father's company Nippon Denro Ispat.

After witnessing India win only one medal, bronze, in the 2000 Summer Olympics, and one medal, silver, at the 2004 Summer Olympics, Mittal decided to set up Mittal Champions Trust with $9 million to support 10 Indian athletes with world-beating potential. His residence at 18-19 Kensington Palace Gardens—which was purchased from Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone in 2004 for £67 million (US$128 million)—made it the world's most expensive house at the time. The house is decorated with marble taken from the same quarry that supplied the Taj Mahal. The extravagant show of wealth has been referred to as the "Taj Mittal".It has 12 bedrooms, an indoor pool, Turkish baths and parking for 20 cars.

He is a lacto-vegetarian. His daughter Vanisha Mittal's wedding was the second most expensive in recorded history. Mittal bought No. 9A Palace Greens, Kensington Gardens, formerly the Philippines Embassy, for £70 million in 2008 for his daughter Vanisha Mittal who is married to Amit Bhatia, a businessman and philanthropist. Being a vegetarian, Mittal threw a lavish "vegetarian reception" for Vanisha in the Palace of Versailles, France. Becoming a Chartered Accountant (CA) is a challenging yet rewarding career decision. This designation demonstrates that you have mastery in accounting. As well, this profession can offer excellent job prospects on a global scale, desirable starting salaries, and job flexibility. As well, Chartered Accountants work in a wide range of industries, from the financial sector to private businesses to public service. The track to becoming a Chartered Accountant requires that you obtain a solid education and professional training, and that you pass qualifying examinations.
Choose a path. There are a number of different paths you can take under the heading of Chartered Accountancy. Some of these include Chartered Accountant (Audit), Chartered Certified Accountant, Chartered Management Accountant, Chartered Public and Finance Accountant. These vary depending on the training emphasis you have, size of organization you work for, whether you work in management, and so on. Ask yourself questions about the type of professional career you’d like. For example, what size firm would you like to work for? Do you want to have a private practice? Do you want to work for nonprofit organizations or for-profit businesses?
As you get more training and experience, you’ll get a better idea of the aspects you like and don’t like.
Get an undergraduate degree. Enroll in a four-year accredited university program. Aim for a degree in accounting, economics, or business. If you already have an undergraduate degree, it doesn't necessarily matter if your degree is not in one of these subject areas. You will, however, need to take extra classes to hone your skills in numeracy and other accounting-related subjects. Get good grades in your classes, especially in any math- or business-related classes. Alternately, some professional organizations will accept a 2-year accounting associate degree as a foundational education for an aspiring Chartered Accountant.
Take courses in subject areas pertaining to accounting. If you have an undergraduate degree in a subject area unrelated to accounting or business, enroll in classes on accounting or economics at a local college. Courses might include accounting, taxation, finance, auditing, and statistics
Enroll in a chartered accountant prep program. Some accountancy programs offer programs that prepare you to start a CA training program. These programs give you education in specific subject areas to build your numeracy skills and other areas

Some placements rotate you through different divisions of the company so that you gain exposure to several different lines of business

2. Tax Refund: A return of excess taxes paid during a given tax year; this is more accurately known as a "tax refund".

Local Area Banks (LABS) as an idea was conceived in 1996. The then Finance Minister delivering the budget
speech on the 22nd July 1996 said that “it has been agreed with RBI to promote the setting up of new private local area banks
with jurisdiction over two or three contiguous districts. This would enable the mobilisation of rural savings by local institutions and,
at the same time, make them available for investments in the local areas.”
Following the announcement of the Finance Minister the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) released a set of guidelines for setting up local area banks in the private sector in August 1996.

How to register a Society
A minimum of 7 members are required to register a Society. A society shall be registered with the Registrar office under Societies Registration act 1860 (A separate Registrar of Societies will be in your area). Only for Maharashtra state its different and it shall be registered with Charity commissioner.
Registration of society is undertaken by a basic document of Memorandum of understanding and Articles of Association with the specified rules and regulations. Such document consists of Name, occupation and address of all members and with the rights, power, duties and responsibilities of each members and governing body.
Society registration is formed by association of at least 7 members. Each designated persons will be elected by election 3 years once or as specified by the about society document.
The objects and rules of the society is formed as per the societies act and you shall contact the society of registrar to have more details towards creation of bye-law ( Memorandum of understanding and articles of association). Also you can ask your Auditor, chartered person, Lawyers, Attorney to help you towards this bye-law creation.
No stamp paper is required for society registration. Management of society run by Governing body and succession in management is by Election.
As per the Societies act, the Governing body meeting and Annual general meeting should be conducted. Governing body members are entrusted the management of the affairs of the society. Where as the General body member duties include election of Governing body members, alteration of name, objects, rules and regulations if necessary. Even a foreigner can be a member of a society in India.
The purpose and object of the society shall be literary, scientific or charitable purpose.
After registration of society, you shall apply of PAN CARD if required. Any way each year we have to submit the accounts to the Registrar of societies.
Non-filling of names, addresses and occupation of Governing body members, council, directors, committee entrusted with management of the Society or willfully furnishing false information or return or refusing or neglecting to send audited income and expenditure statement and information are offences of the Society which is penalizable.
