Eligibility Criteria for IIM Lucknow Recruitment :

Educational Qualification Indian Institute Of Management:

For Private Secretary to Director : Master’s degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks & shorthand speed of 80 w.p.m& typing speed (English) of 35 w.p.m in computer and with minimum 8 years relevant experience.
For Academic Assistant to Director : First class Masters Degree in Psychology with excellent communication in verbal and written English. At least 3 years experience in handling academic/technical matters of No. of post 01 faculty/scientists /Head of Organisation/Senior Officers etc.

For Programmer Associate : MBA/PG in any discipline, with at least 4 years of experience preferably in educational institute. Good knowledge of internet & MS Office (Word, Excel &Access).
Nationality : Indian

Age Limit : Jobs in Indian Institute Of Management 
For Private Secretary to Director : 50 years
For Academic Assistant to Director : 40 years
For Programme Associate : 35 years
